Minutes for the September meeting were reviewed and accepted.
Mail was reviewed. Correspondence was outlined
Reviewed and signed three Motor Vehicle Abatements.
Last FY2006 abatements were finalized.
Sales ratios and land rates were discussed before being finalized. All waterfront neighborhoods will be raised in cost per acre due to sales in 2004 and 2005.
Jessica outlined new information from Cartographics on what new GIS software and query information will be needed. Cartographics has had to design all new queries and our old version of ArcView GIS is no longer supported. For the new software, Cartographics query and Topo map overlay, there will be a cost of approximately $5500. If we can get this approved for FY2008 there will be a continued support fee of $500 per year every year after. It is imperative to get this approved under the Technology Budget. Abutter lists and all topography work will be done manually until we can replace this software.
